Therefore, a tungsten ring can get scratched if you were rubbing a diamond right on it.

Since more than likely nobody is going to take their tungsten ring and rub it up to a diamond, then you shouldn’t have problems with it for many years. That is what makes a men’s tungsten ring such a great value compared to rings made out of other metals, especially if it is to be used as a wedding band which is a long term wear.
